What fit should I expect?
Adult unisex, relaxed drop-shoulder silhouettes. Compare the garment measurements on each product page with a sweatshirt you already own.
Where do you ship?
All 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for every order.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4–6 business days. See the Shipping Policy for cutoff, weekend and holiday calculations.
Can I return a garment?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns due to our error, damage or defects. Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
When is a refund issued?
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Bank posting time may vary.
