30-day return requests
Contact us within 30 calendar days after receipt to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, garments must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and in their original packaging.
How to return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us for assistance. The ordinary unworn and original-packaging conditions do not prevent us from addressing damaged, defective or incorrect goods. We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a product defect.
Return costs
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Bank posting time may vary.
